What began as a frustrating shopping experience, grew into a movement for change in the Black community

Happy Black Kustomer is not your ordinary customer service company. We focus solely on the needs and even wants of the Black consumer. As a women and minority-owned organization, we understand Black consumers better than most and their desire for quality, integrity, efficiency, and hospitality in every shopping experience. By education and training retailers, we are demonstrating to the Black community that they are deserving of the ultimate customer service experience every time they shop.
